As a Senior Producer, you will play a central role in delivering ambitious, high-quality AAA gaming experiences from strategy through launch. You will lead multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, balancing creative ambition with player expectations, quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Your leadership will help teams stay aligned, empowered, and focused on meaningful outcomes throughout the development lifecycle. You will act as a key problem-solver, making decisive calls when challenges arise and adapting production strategies as projects evolve. Working fully remotely with talented and diverse teams across Europe and beyond, you will foster collaboration while maintaining high standards of accountability.
