Full job description

Your Quest:

  • Lead Scrum teams by setting clear expectations, removing roadblocks, and helping the team deliver a quality product on time and within budget
  • Refine, evolve, and sustain best practices, production workflows, and change management processes
  • Structure development phases by breaking the project down into milestone goals and deliverables
  • Visualize the project’s goals and status to the team
  • Create, control, and manage tasks to ensure quality and timely milestone deliveries
  • Ensure alignment with our Publishing Partner by communicating goals, risks, and clear project schedules
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Directors, and your Production colleagues to ensure alignment and highlight cross-team dependencies

Your Toolkit:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the field of game production, with an emphasis on planning, risk management, and creative problem-solving
  • Experience in developing AA/AAA games for PC and Consoles through all production phases - your experience steers us around the icebergs ahead
  • With your understanding of agile development methods and using your project management toolset, you’re always one step ahead and support the team during our journeys
  • You communicate clearly and confidently across all levels, from daily stand-ups with the team to status updates for leadership, and know how to translate between different perspectives
  • You break down complex production challenges into clear, actionable steps and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent at once
  • While you take ownership and drive your area forward, your natural verve makes you thrive as part of a team
  • Knowledge in usage and administration of issue tracking tools, e.g., Atlassian Jira
  • This position is available for candidates based in time zones within +/- 2 hours of Germany (CET/CEST). We are also open to applicants located anywhere who are willing and able to relocate to Germany
