Senior Creative Producer*in (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

• You take responsibility for video productions ranging from social formats to CTV campaigns, guiding projects from detailed concept development through to publication.
• You plan budgets and timelines, coordinate teams and partners, and ensure smooth processes in the studio, on set and throughout post-production.
• You work closely with Account, Creative and Post, finding the right setup for every idea.
• You’re excited to create relevant ad hoc content at short notice when responding to trends matters more than a large-scale production setup.
• You’re comfortable going out and shooting content yourself, taking the material all the way through to a final edit that’s ready for publishing.
• You use AI where it improves quality and efficiency, while making sound judgements about when it isn’t the right tool.

Qualifications And Requirements

• You have experience producing social media and/or CTV content and can coordinate larger productions while ideally also creating smaller formats yourself.
• You understand platforms, communities and user behaviour, and can translate these insights into relevant recommendations.
• You’re able to shoot and edit content yourself and have a strong sense of format, look and the right level of production effort.
• You’re both creative and organised: you keep ideas, budgets, timelines and post-production equally in view.
• Depending on the project, you can lead and motivate teams while keeping a clear overview, even under time pressure.
• You have a strong network in Berlin and across Germany, speak German at a native level and are fluent in English.
