Full job description
Partners with engineering on architecture and design quality, prototypes and writes code to de-risk ideas, owns API contracts and developer experience, investigates root causes in operational workflows, drives adoption and hypercare, and documents technical/product decisions clearly.
Requirements & qualifications
Product-management experience in a high-growth company; hands-on ability to build, debug and ship functional code or prototypes with Cursor, Claude Code or similar tools; experience in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech or similar; strong product judgment, UX sense, cross-functional communication and business-level English.
