Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States. This role owns the strategy and growth of a rapidly expanding digital health and telehealth portfolio. You will shape the member experience across clinical programs, from initial enrollment through retention and ongoing engagement. The position combines product strategy, partner management, merchandising, commercial performance, and healthcare operations. You will evaluate and manage third-party providers while ensuring programs deliver strong clinical, customer, and business outcomes. You will own portfolio-level performance across subscribers, revenue, margin, take rate, and churn. Working across engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing, and growth teams, you will help scale offerings from early-stage concepts into mature programs. This is a remote U.S. opportunity suited to an experienced product leader comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Set and execute the strategic vision for the digital health and telehealth portfolio, defining offerings, therapies, target outcomes, and the overall member experience. Own the end-to-end product experience across programs, including experiences delivered through external partners. Determine whether white-label or third-party solutions best serve each care area, and continuously reassess those decisions as offerings and partnerships evolve. Establish and deliver targets for subscribers, revenue, retention, and churn across individual programs and the broader portfolio. Source, assess, onboard, renew, expand, and renegotiate relationships with telehealth, pharmacy, and clinical service partners. Manage partner performance against volume, quality, and service-level commitments, including escalation, remediation, and exit decisions when necessary. Influence partner-delivered experiences across intake, prescribing, refills, adherence, and customer support to maintain high clinical and user-experience standards. Own portfolio-level commercial outcomes, including subscriber growth, revenue, margin, take rate, and churn. Develop unit economics and retention models covering patient starts, LTV, CAC, payback, pricing, promotions, and partner economics. Analyze churn and retention by program and customer cohort and lead improvements across product, partnerships, packaging, and offerings. Lead merchandising and promotional strategy, determining which programs and offers receive visibility and how they are positioned to customers. Collaborate with brand, content, demand, and growth teams on messaging, creative, launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion strategies. Partner with Legal and Compliance on eligibility, licensing, and clinical program requirements across states and healthcare categories. Work with Engineering and Design on white-label experiences and differentiated user journeys. Represent the digital health portfolio to senior leadership through performance reviews, investment cases, and recommendations for new categories and partnerships. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in cash-pay clinical e-commerce, direct-to-consumer digital health, or a closely related environment, with direct or indirect ownership of revenue, subscribers, and/or retention. Demonstrated experience managing third-party telehealth, pharmacy, clinical provider, white-label, private-label, or platform partnerships. Working knowledge of subscription and digital health unit economics, including patient acquisition, retention, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and payback. Strong partner management and commercial skills, with the ability to establish expectations, evaluate performance, negotiate effectively, and manage complex relationships. Proven product leadership experience spanning strategy, execution, optimization, and measurable business outcomes. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, particularly within businesses scaling from early-stage concepts toward larger operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate customer, operational, and financial data into product decisions. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence engineering, design, marketing, growth, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders. Preferred experience with merchandising or promotional strategy in an e-commerce or DTC environment, including copy and creative decisions. Experience in metabolic or weight management, women's health, men's health, skincare, lifestyle, or related digital health categories is preferred. Familiarity with HSA/FSA products and employer-sponsored benefit programs is a plus. Ability to participate in an in-person onboarding experience and travel as required for team gatherings. Benefits: Salary range: $120,500–$157,000 per year. Eligibility for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of total compensation. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. HSA contribution and matching. Dependent care FSA matching. 401(k) matching. Uncapped paid time off. Paid parental leave. Personal and healthcare financial literacy programs. Ongoing education and tuition assistance. Gym and fitness reimbursement. Wellness program incentives. Remote work within the United States. In-person onboarding through an immersive company program, with required travel and accommodations covered. Potential to begin onboarding virtually before attending a later onsite session.
