Full job description
The role translates customer, market, operational and security insights into product priorities, works with Sales and Marketing on positioning and enablement, and partners with SOC, security operations, engineering and delivery teams on service scope, SLAs, integrations and workflows. It also covers product requirements and UX collaboration for security products.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have 10+ years of B2B SaaS product-management experience, ideally in cybersecurity with endpoint, cloud or identity focus, plus experience shipping products end to end and working in or adjacent to the MSP/channel market. Cybersecurity domain knowledge, AI fluency and experience in EDR, CDR, investigation or incident response are preferred.
