Overview
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full job description
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior product role at a growing digital therapeutics company building evidence-based, fully-reimbursed mobile therapy products in urology and gynecology. You will own the end-to-end patient journey across therapy apps, with a clear mandate to move the product from good to genuinely transformative for patients. This is not a feature factory: the focus is on behavior change, meaningful health outcomes, and measurable progress. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full patient journey end-to-end across mobile therapy apps on iOS and Android.
- Apply behavior change mechanics, including habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and retention strategies, to drive patient engagement and outcomes.
- Manage App Store presence and ASO, including keywords, screenshots, ratings, and conversion, as core product levers.
- Design and run A/B tests, interpret analytics dashboards, and make product decisions grounded in experimental data.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools into the product where genuinely appropriate, and push back when they are not.
- Collaborate across clinical, engineering, and design teams to ship high-quality features in a regulated environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 or more years of hands-on product management experience on consumer mobile apps, with a track record of shipping to market on iOS and/or Android.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Direct experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products.
- Demonstrated iOS and Android platform fluency, including understanding of platform-specific constraints and capabilities.
- Strong data fluency: comfortable designing experiments, working with analytics tools, and making decisions from results.
- Practical AI fluency: actively uses AI in product work and can judge when AI is, or is not, the right solution.
- Working knowledge of ASO and app store growth levers.
- Background in digital health, MedTech, or other regulated product environments.
- Experience in urology or gynecology therapy products is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 65,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, on a permanent contract. No visa sponsorship is available for this role. LOCATION Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany.
