Full job description
Own benefits-infrastructure strategy, partner and carrier integrations, payroll cost-ingestion and reconciliation, country and partner activation, compliance monitoring, migration readiness, data-integrity improvements and the longer-term unification of benefits administration across Remote products. Remote states an annual salary range of USD 59,900–151,650.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires product-management experience owning complex third-party API and file/EDI integrations, proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code sufficient to build and debug functional code or prototypes, strong judgment, technical fluency with data mappings and integration logic, and excellent asynchronous written communication. Experience in benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, fintech or commercial partnerships is advantageous.
