Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for security and identity-related products and services. Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions. Engage customers and partners to understand needs, validate scenarios, gather feedback, and inform product decisions. Translate customer, market, and business opportunities into clear product requirements and execution plans. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Prioritize investments and features based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and communicate results and impact to leadership. Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, sales, and business teams to drive adoption and customer success. Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges across security, identity, governance, compliance, access management, and related technology domains. Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement. Adopt an AI first mindset and implement AI tools as needed Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in AI-native PM experience 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Experience delivering customer-facing products in partnership with engineering teams. Product strategy, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing products that serve both external customers and large-scale internal enterprise consumers simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to drive complex migration programs involving legacy infrastructure, multiple stakeholders, and escalation-heavy timelines. Track record of shipping security or infrastructure products in Azure or comparable hyperscale cloud platforms. Understanding of non-human identity (workload identity, managed identity, service principal, SPIFFEE) security patterns and challenges.
