Senior Product Manager, Intelligence

The Intelligence Platform turns health data into value — AI-powered recommendations for consumers, dashboards and insights for enterprise clients, and the analytics foundation that powers personalization across everything we do. You'll work alongside a strong AI engineering team to ship intelligent products that users and clients actually pay for.

This is a Senior PM role focused on execution and delivery. You'll translate AI and data capabilities into shipped products, not define the AI strategy from scratch.

AI-powered recommendations and personalization features

Enterprise client dashboards and reporting products

Data operations — eligibility files, client data pipelines, data quality

Analytics and insights that demonstrate value to clients

AI that ships: you'll work with a capable ML team to build real products, not prototypes

Ship AI-powered features that reach production and demonstrate measurable impact

Own and improve enterprise dashboards and reporting products

Streamline data operations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy

Build strong partnerships with AI engineering, client success, and analytics teams

Establish clear metrics for intelligence product value

5 + years of product management experienceAt least 2 years working on data products, analytics, or AI/ML features

Experience shipping ML-powered features to production (not just experimentation)

Comfort discussing technical trade-offs with data scientists and ML engineers

Experience with B2B data products — dashboards, reporting, client-facing analytics

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions

Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Healthcare or healthtech background

Experience with recommendation systems or personalization

Background in enterprise SaaS or client-facing data products

Startup or scale-up experience
