Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Marketing OS, LeadGen based in India. Lead the strategy and evolution of a high-impact product portfolio focused on modern lead generation and customer acquisition. You’ll own products spanning forms, surveys, quizzes, QR codes, conversational lead capture, external tracking, and attribution. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and execution. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create cohesive customer journeys. Your work will help businesses capture higher-quality leads, understand customer behavior, and activate prospects through CRM and automation capabilities. This is a senior individual contributor opportunity with significant ownership and measurable influence on adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and platform growth.

Own the product strategy and roadmap across Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, External Tracking, and related LeadGen capabilities. Build cohesive experiences across product builders, templates, publishing workflows, data models, integrations, analytics, and reporting. Develop capabilities that improve visitor engagement, completion rates, lead quality, qualification, routing, and follow-up. Partner with CRM, Workflows, Conversations, Analytics, and Payments teams to connect lead interactions with downstream business outcomes. Define and evolve external tracking capabilities covering visitor behavior, conversions, identity, attribution, and campaign activity across third-party websites. Strengthen analytics foundations through consistent event taxonomies, instrumentation standards, measurement, and reporting. Drive AI-assisted product experiences including content creation, copy generation, logic recommendations, lead qualification, insights, and conversion optimization. Ensure product creation and consumption experiences are intuitive, responsive, accessible, and performant across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Partner with Engineering on builders, embeddable widgets, APIs, submission pipelines, tracking scripts, identity resolution, and event infrastructure. Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Security, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships around shared objectives. Support go-to-market initiatives including positioning, pricing, packaging, messaging, launches, enablement, onboarding, and customer education. Operate hands-on by writing PRDs and strategy documents, conducting discovery, analyzing data, validating concepts, prioritizing initiatives, and resolving ambiguity. Define and track measurable outcomes across adoption, activation, publishing, engagement, completion, conversion, attribution coverage, and retention. Requirements: 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, analytics, growth, or customer-engagement platforms. Proven experience owning a customer-facing product or product area end to end, from discovery and strategy through launch, measurement, and iteration. Experience defining and executing roadmaps across multiple interconnected product areas. Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, qualification, and growth loops. Experience with products such as forms, surveys, quizzes, chat widgets, analytics, attribution, tracking, or interactive content. Familiarity with behavioral tracking concepts including page views, clicks, scrolls, field interactions, submissions, abandonment, and conversion events. Understanding of event taxonomies, analytics instrumentation, data pipelines, experimentation, and marketing attribution. Experience with embeddable products such as widgets, scripts, SDKs, forms, or externally hosted experiences. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, field mapping, workflow automation, and identity resolution. Experience partnering closely with Engineering across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure systems. Strong product judgment, analytical capabilities, and UI/UX sensibility. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI- or LLM-powered creation, conversational, or optimization products is a plus. Experience building form builders, survey platforms, chat products, interactive content, or behavioral analytics tools is advantageous. Familiarity with first-party tracking, customer identity, attribution, consent management, or data governance is beneficial. Exposure to high-volume event ingestion, real-time analytics, experimentation, or personalization systems is a plus. Experience building products for marketing agencies, SMBs, creators, or multi-location businesses is advantageous. Prior experience in a remote, globally distributed product organization is a plus. Benefits: Opportunity to own a strategic LeadGen product portfolio within a global B2B SaaS platform. Significant autonomy and end-to-end ownership across product strategy, roadmap, discovery, execution, and outcomes. Opportunity to shape products spanning lead capture, conversational engagement, behavioral tracking, analytics, and attribution. Exposure to AI-powered product development and AI-assisted creation and optimization experiences. Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Security, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Opportunity to influence products used by millions of businesses worldwide. Fast-paced environment focused on experimentation, rapid iteration, and measurable customer outcomes. Remote-first work environment with a globally distributed team. Opportunity to directly influence product adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall platform growth. Environment that values initiative, customer focus, speed, experimentation, and ownership.
