You will define and own the roadmap for AI experiences in Search and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define the next generation experiences. Working closely with teams across MAI, you will shape how we deliver relevant, high-quality places results across these surfaces, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on how users navigate and interact with the world around them. You will define and own the roadmap for AI experiences in Search and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define the next generation experiences. You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You'll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas. You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas. You will drive cross-org alignment in a highly matrixed environment. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Experience with Search and Relevance systems. Experience using large-scale datasets to identify quality gaps and inform product decisions. Experience defining and driving API-based grounding products. Experience defining product strategy, making complex product decisions, and applying product judgment and systems thinking.
