Full job description
Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. Retail trading is where users feel the product every day - and where volume, engagement, and retention compound. Every improvement you ship shows up in how people trade, how often they come back, and how Crypto.com wins share in a crowded market. Your mandate is to drive trading products from discovery through launch and iteration: roadmap clarity, feature definition, customer insight, and shipping at global scale. You will run your roadmap with independence within Trading's strategic priorities. You prioritize initiatives, cut tradeoffs, and make the call on what ships when. You report to the Senior Director of Product Management, who sets strategic direction. You own the how and the when. If you've shipped trading or financial products at scale, this will feel familiar. The difference is you'll be doing it at the frontier of crypto retail trading- perpetuals, spot, and adjacent markets- where the rails keep moving and the playbook is yours to write. No layers. No politics.
Own the Trading roadmap. You set milestones, surface dependencies, and keep strategic priorities honest. You make the prioritization call when everything can't ship at once.
Define and ship trading experiences. You write the specs, run user studies, iterate on feedback, partner with QA on test plans, and clear the backlog. Nothing in your charter goes live without your sign-off.
Stay close to how traders actually behave. You interview and observe customers. You ask "Show me how you currently trade and manage risk," not "Would you use this feature?" You distinguish what they say from what their behavior reveals.
Cut the hard tradeoffs. You weigh speed vs. depth, retail clarity vs. power-user needs, and compliance constraints vs. product ambition- and you own the decision.
Drive market and competitive clarity. You run the research that informs what we build next. Your work shows up in the roadmap, not a slide deck that dies in a folder.
Represent Trading across the company. You are the DRI in cross-functional forums with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth. Alignment is your job; escalation is the exception.
Own a defined slice of the trading product line. Features in your charter are yours from inception through post-launch iteration. Ownership isn't shipping tickets- it's delivering outcomes.
Crypto and/or perpetuals build experience. You have shipped trading products in crypto and/or perpetuals (not just adjacent fintech). You can point to what you owned, what you launched, and what moved- volume, adoption, retention, or risk/UX outcomes- and what you did when the market or the product broke your assumptions.
Shipped software or financial products at scale. You have owned customer-facing products end-to-end and can describe a time you coordinated design, eng, and GTM through a launch- and what you did when dependencies slipped.
Data-informed, user-obsessed. You instrument your own funnel, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for someone to hand you the analysis- always through a compassionate lens of the trader.
Cross-functional leadership without authority. You can describe a time you aligned Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth toward a ship date, and how you unblocked the team when it stalled.
AI-native workflow. You demonstrably use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) with human-in-the-loop judgment. Required, not optional. We care what you've built and owned- not pedigree checkboxes.
Stocks, tokenized stocks, and/or options: Hands-on product or market knowledge that accelerates expansion beyond core crypto trading.
Retail trading or gamification: You've shipped experiences that make complex markets approachable without dumbing them down.
Global consumer product: You've launched and iterated across regions with different regulatory and UX constraints.
Direct product impact. Trading sits on the critical path of how 80M+ users experience Crypto.com. Your work shows up in the numbers.
Frontier of retail crypto. Spot, perpetuals, and the next wave of markets- the playbook isn't finished. You'll write parts of it.
Autonomy with teeth. You own the roadmap and ship decisions inside a clear strategic frame. Access to the teams that matter. No theater.
Growth from within. Crypto.com invests in internal mobility and leadership that develops talent- scope expands with what you deliver.
A team that ships. You'll work with ambitious operators across Product, Eng, Design, and Growth who treat ownership as the default.
