As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across a two-sided marketplace. You will use customer and market insights to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and accelerate product adoption and growth. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders, you will lead high-impact launches and strategic initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic, data-oriented marketer who enjoys turning complex customer needs into compelling growth strategies.

Conduct primary and secondary customer and market research to understand customer needs, purchasing criteria, pain points, behaviors, and market trends. Collect, analyze, and translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product development, messaging, and go-to-market improvements. Build business cases, roadmaps, and validation pilots based on research and collaborative workshops, then design and execute tests to validate opportunities. Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and supports customer and business goals. Create and maintain messaging frameworks that guide marketing, sales, business development, and customer-facing teams. Lead go-to-market strategies and define success criteria for new product launches, product updates, and growth initiatives. Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure launch readiness and successful product adoption. Equip go-to-market teams with the knowledge, processes, messaging, and collateral needed to attract customers and increase product adoption. Track launch and product performance using qualitative and quantitative data, identifying opportunities to optimize strategies and improve results. Lead complex cross-functional projects, balancing stakeholder priorities while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and accountability. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring progress remains visible and teams stay aligned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; an MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or business is a plus. 5+ years of relevant product marketing experience and 7+ years of total professional experience. Strong expertise in product marketing fundamentals, including customer insights, market research, product positioning and messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Experience working within consumer technology organizations or two-sided marketplace environments. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative information into actionable business strategies. Experience with hypothesis-based, test-and-learn approaches to growth is a plus. Experience with pricing and monetization strategies is a plus. Product or customer marketing certifications are a plus. Strong customer empathy and curiosity combined with a data-driven mindset and creative approach to problem-solving. Strategic thinker with a logical, evidence-based approach to decision-making and prioritization. High ownership mentality and the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences and senior stakeholders. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive, execution-oriented approach. Benefits: Competitive compensation. Comprehensive benefits designed to support employees’ health and long-term well-being. Flexible paid time off. Virtual and flexible work environment. Opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, high-performing, and mission-driven team. Opportunity to lead high-impact product marketing initiatives and contribute directly to business and customer growth. Inclusive workplace culture centered on integrity, collaboration, purpose, and innovation.
