Owning, driving the strategic roadmap and prioritizing the backlog for our Mainframe area Ensuring that business needs are translated into clear requirements Lead prioritization decisions, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and operational demands Communicate roadmap status, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences. Lead relationships with strategic vendors, outsourced development partners, and third-party technology providers. Monitor performance against delivery commitments, service levels, quality standards, and business outcomes. Work closely with both business and technology, playing a central role in making sure they function effectively together Shape and develop how we work with the outsourced development team Mentor and provide guidance to Product Owners and delivery teams. Additional duties as assigned.
Degree holder with major in Technology or related disciplines. At least 8 years of experience in technology product ownership, software development, systems analysis, or related technology disciplines. Proven experience working with complex requirements, backlog, or product ownership Strong understanding of Mainframe environments , having Cobol experience is a plus Experience managing outsourced development teams, strategic vendors, and global delivery models. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Both insightful and pragmatic, with strong problem-solving skills and comprehension of what is actually “do-able” Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the communication gap between the two groups Structured and decisive, comfortable taking responsibility and driving issues forward Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to manage workload and prioritize Excellent communication, project management and presentation skill Independent, detailed mind and a good team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs. Fluency in English and Swedish .
