This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Professional Service Consultant based in United States. As a Senior Professional Service Consultant, you will lead enterprise customer migrations from legacy Secure Email Gateways to modern cloud-based email security environments. You will combine expertise in enterprise mail flow, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, efficient, and low-disruption migration projects. The role involves partnering directly with technical stakeholders and senior customer contacts to understand objectives, manage delivery plans, and resolve complex implementation challenges. You will provide hands-on guidance across email routing, authentication, security controls, and hybrid infrastructure. You will also collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve deployment workflows and delivery practices. Success in this role requires strong ownership, technical problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. You will join a fast-paced professional services environment where proactive thinking and high-quality execution are essential.
