Senior Professional Services Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in United States. This role serves as a key technical and functional partner in configuring software solutions to meet complex client business needs. You will combine product expertise with consulting skills to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements from internal and external stakeholders. The position focuses on translating business objectives into effective system configurations, business rules, and validated workflows. You will configure and test solutions, analyze results, and produce operational reports that demonstrate whether expected outcomes have been achieved. The role requires a strong understanding of auto casualty claims, medical bill review processes, and the workflows used by claims professionals. You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and delivering clear, timely communication. This is a full-time remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Serve as a product and subject matter expert, helping ensure software configurations effectively address client requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, clarify, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements. Consult with clients on the development and implementation of medical bill review processes across multiple jurisdictions. Translate approved requirements into customized product configurations and business rules designed to improve system performance and operational outcomes. Configure and test solutions following client acceptance of documented requirements. Analyze testing and operational results to validate that configured solutions achieve defined business objectives. Develop and generate operational reports to measure the performance and effectiveness of auto casualty bill review operations. Research, investigate, and analyze software issues and determine appropriate solutions or recommendations. Apply complex mathematical reasoning and business logic to define and evaluate system rules and workflows. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other external resources throughout requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. Manage assigned tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality. Communicate project information, findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly and consistently through written and verbal channels. Requirements: Proven experience working with DecisionPoint Medical Bill Review Software. At least 5 years of experience in the auto casualty claims management industry. Strong knowledge of claims adjuster processes, workflows, medical bill review concepts, and related operational practices. Demonstrated ability to consult with clients on establishing bill review processes across multiple jurisdictions. At least 5 years of experience establishing custom business rules within a bill review application to improve system performance and outcomes. At least 3 years of experience generating operational reports to evaluate the performance of auto casualty bill review operations. At least 3 years of experience participating in formal requirements gathering and documentation processes. At least 3 years of software testing and quality assurance experience. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define, interpret, and analyze complex mathematical reasoning statements. Demonstrated ability to research and troubleshoot software-related issues. Strong task and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, detailed, and timely information. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability for deliverables and deadlines. Benefits: Annual base salary range of $81,000–$110,000 USD , depending on geographic market, skills, experience, and education. Fully remote work arrangement available anywhere in the United States.
