Full Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our New York team. In this role, you'll engage directly with key customers, delivering expert, tailored consulting that meets their technical needs, while also playing a hands-on role in one of our newest AI product launches. You'll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success, helping our clients unlock the full value of our platform.
This is a full-time role based in New York. We ask the team to be in the office three times a week to keep collaboration and connection strong.
Some of the things you'll work on:
- Act as an embedded domain expert during onboarding of some of our newest AI products, helping customers reach value quickly. You will partner cross functionally with sales, product, engineering and account management to accelerate adoption and value for customers
- Learn each customer's architecture and use case, so you become their trusted partner for adopting Atlas across the full platform, not just a single workflow
- Serve as a strategic, day-to-day partner for customers, guiding them on product functionality and working closely with our product and engineering teams.
- Scope and deliver client-specific requirements, demo tailored demos, and run hands-on training that gets customers querying their marketing data with confidence
- Take a consultative approach to help customers get the most value from our platform, driving adoption, retention, and growth.
- Spot recurring patterns and themes across accounts, feeding insights back to internal teams to improve our product and service.
- Champion our shift towards customer success and growth, particularly on Enterprise accounts.
- Partner with customers on short- and long-term initiatives, supporting Account Management in identifying upsell opportunities.
- Guide customer escalations, both within our team and with external partners.
We're excited if you have:
- A customer-centric, empathetic approach, with a genuine drive to help clients reach their goals.
- Experience in a SaaS company, in a customer success, implementation, or consulting capacity, or within a media agency.
- Essential experience in Digital Marketing.
- Comfort working with REST APIs and a strong affinity for SaaS and technology.
- An analytical, curious mindset, with a knack for spotting patterns and translating customer needs into practical solutions
- A genuine interest in AI and how it's changing marketing operations — you've used AI tools yourself, you're curious about their limits (why they get answers wrong, not just when they get them right), and you want to help customers see where Atlas fits into their AI strategy.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
Why you'll love it here:
- Flexible working hours and home-office (2x per week)
- Internal shares programme (EDPP)
- 401k matching scheme
- 20 days PTO (excl. US public holidays and additional sick days)
- Ergonomic workspace and cutting-edge technology
- Regular team events
- Modern and stylish office in the heart of New York
- Sustainable merch for all employees
- Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)
Are you ready to apply? The base salary we offer is USD 130,000–145,000. The final offer will be in line with your experience and skills.
Apply now if you are ready to revolutionise the way businesses work with marketing data.
We look forward to meeting you!
