The position owns payment-excellence strategy and execution across Amazon Business Payments, working with Finance, Product, Sales and Customer Support. Responsibilities include analysing payment defects, improving operating processes, defining KPIs, automating workflows and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements & qualifications
Amazon lists a bachelor's degree, at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. Process-improvement experience, a master's/MBA and knowledge of general AI tools are preferred.
