Influence technical direction, industry standards, and partner implementation through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement. Represent the business in executive reviews, partner discussions, and strategic planning activities. Leverage data and AI to efficiency optimization, quality improvement and business insights. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), product management,or cross-group/cross-functional engineering. OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of program management, product management, or related experience. Experience in driving platforms, hardware or ecosystem initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Solid ability to influence across organizations and drive alignment. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills for mandarin and English. Experience working with Windows platform technologies, device ecosystems or industry standards. Experience collaborating with OEMs, ODMs, silicon vendors, or hardware IHV partners. Proven record of leading complex cross-organizational programs from strategy through execution. Good command of AI tools and data analytical skills.
