Senior Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in United States. This senior project leadership role is responsible for advancing complex, high-priority initiatives across a growing nonprofit education and workforce development organization. You will manage a strategic portfolio of projects, balancing priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and organizational objectives. The role combines hands-on project management with program-level advisory responsibilities and regular engagement with senior leadership. You will bring structure to complex and ambiguous initiatives while strengthening project management standards, governance, tools, and reporting practices. A key part of the position is mentoring project managers and helping teams adopt more consistent and effective delivery practices. You will collaborate across departments and locations, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and provide data-driven recommendations on critical decisions and trade-offs. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and approximately 10–20% travel.
