Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager- Arabic speaker on behalf of its semi government client in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with approved project management methodology and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and ethical standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP Certification (mandatory or highly preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably IT-enabled or digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be an Arabic speaker
