Senior Project Manager, Implementation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Implementation based in the United States. This role leads complex client implementations across digital banking solutions, guiding projects from planning through launch and post-launch activities. You’ll serve as the primary implementation lead, building trusted customer relationships while coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders. The position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on execution, including scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery tracking. You’ll manage multiple concurrent engagements across different products, customer segments, and levels of complexity. Success requires strong communication, customer focus, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate technical and operational dependencies. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, implementation best practices, and scalable delivery practices across the organization. This is a remote-first opportunity for an experienced project leader who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
