Senior Project Manager – Promising Arts Department

A leading government cultural authority in Dubai is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Promising Arts Department.

In this role, you'll manage projects across the department from planning through delivery. You'll build and improve project management processes, prepare budgets and reports, and make sure every project lands on time and meets international best practice standards.

What you'll do:

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting across the department
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on feasibility studies, risk management, and contract negotiation
  • Evaluate project performance and flag risks before they become problems
  • Support the development of qualification requirements for consultants
  • Report on project timelines, deliverables, and operational challenges to department leadership

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, Applied Arts, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management, performance management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Eligibility: This role is open to UAE nationals holding a Family Book and Dubai residency.
