Shape policy and projects that support important redress schemes.Help people affected by past harm access fair support.Work across policy, reporting and scheme closure activities.Use your skills where careful, thoughtful work matters.Fixed-term, full-time role earning $116,413 - $140,849 per year, plus super.What you will doAs Senior Project Officer, you will support redress schemes through policy and project work. You will help ensure schemes meet legal, policy and reporting requirements.You will:provide clear advice on redress matters and improve policies and proceduresprepare useful briefs and advice on issues affecting redress schemesmaintain accurate records and data to support service reportingdevelop practical solutions for emerging issues and priority projectscoordinate careful decommissioning work while meeting scheme requirements.About youNo mandatory qualification is listed for this role. A tertiary qualification in project management, policy development and/or public administration is highly desirable.You have strong project management experience in a regulated public service setting. You can analyse complex information and turn it into clear advice. You can solve problems, manage projects and support compliance and reporting.
