As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will work in a close-knit global team of Multi-Asset Quant Developers and Researchers, collaborating to enhance our research platform in a fast-evolving environment. You will directly contribute to the team’s success by recommending innovative software solutions and building new tools and systems. Your future role within QRT Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production Continuously evolve the team’s software platform to meet changing business needs Your present skillset 5–10 years of quant development experience High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and collaborate effectively Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
