This role offers an opportunity to drive end-to-end recruiting across a growing technology organization, with a particular focus on People and Finance functions. You will combine advanced sourcing expertise with market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will shape search strategies, refine candidate profiles, and navigate multiple priorities. The role emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience, thoughtful communication, and disciplined execution throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will also bring current knowledge of talent markets and industry trends to inform recruiting decisions. Success in this position requires a proactive, data-conscious recruiter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas, from search strategy and sourcing through interviews, candidate engagement, and offer execution. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities. Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting platforms, referrals, professional networks, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and ongoing engagement with relevant talent communities. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through timely communication, consistent follow-up, and effective coordination throughout the recruitment process. Develop strong knowledge of talent markets, industry trends, competitive hiring environments, and candidate dynamics to inform search strategies and hiring decisions. Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution and stakeholder communication. Maintain accurate recruiting data and strong process discipline across applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and other recruiting workflows. Requirements: 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruitment consultancy. Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, market research, referrals, and professional networking. Strong understanding of technology talent markets, including the ability to identify relevant talent competitors and translate market insights into effective recruiting strategies. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally and effectively. Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple concurrent searches. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail, responsiveness, and process quality. A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagement, combined with strong judgment and relationship-building skills. Benefits: Base salary: USD $78,000–$154,000 for U.S.-based candidates, with compensation determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
