The role partners with hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, owns full-cycle recruiting, builds talent maps and sourcing strategies, improves structured interviewing, and advises on offer strategy. Requirements & qualifications
Requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-growth Product, Business or technical organizations; multi-function recruiting, sourcing and talent-mapping expertise; structured interviewing and recruiting analytics. Experience with Lever, Greenhouse or similar ATS is expected; consumer-tech or multi-brand experience is preferred.
