ABOUT THE ROLE Join a lean, early-stage AI team as the owner of end-to-end recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles. You will partner directly with founders and team leads to find exceptional talent and build recruiting and people practices that support the team's next stage of growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market positions.
- Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
- Source candidates through high-signal, creative, and unconventional channels.
- Assess candidates using technical conversations, portfolios, and projects, as well as resumes.
- Build and improve recruiting operations, tools, and automated workflows.
- Learn the product and communicate technical concepts clearly to prospective candidates.
- Support onboarding and new hire ramp, and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical roles, including engineering and product, and go-to-market roles.
- Experience in an early-stage startup and a consulting background.
- Experience improving recruiting operations and automating workflows.
- A track record of creative sourcing and evaluating candidates through portfolios and project work, including non-traditional profiles.
- Ability to engage credibly with technical candidates and assess talent quality.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay, and experience using AI or lightweight coding to automate workflows.
- Exposure to people operations, such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines independently. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $130,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
