Qualifications We Ask For
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 year experience in Recruitment / Executive search
- Extensive knowledge on
- Commercial & result driven mindset
- Dedicated to proceed your career within Executive Search in the Renewable Energy
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus!
- Living in the Amsterdam area is a must
Key responsibilities
- Build and run your ‘own’ business within CGS
- 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement
- New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio
- Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
- Negotiate T&C’s, SLA’s and RPO’s
- Business optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your services
- Guiding your candidates through the entire application process at your client
- Buddy and pro-actively guide Junior consultants
