Senior Regional Operations & Partnerships Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Regional Operations & Partnerships Lead based in Canada. This is a senior regional leadership opportunity supporting operations and strategic partnerships across North and Latin American markets. You’ll translate regional strategies into effective programs while managing relationships with key external partners. The role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll use regional insights and performance data to identify opportunities and improve business outcomes. Working closely with global and local teams, you’ll help align priorities across product, marketing, policy, and support functions. The position offers significant autonomy in a fast-paced, international environment where clear communication and sound judgment are essential. Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or multi-market businesses can be particularly relevant.

Lead the execution of regional programs and initiatives across North and Latin American markets, ensuring priorities are translated into effective operational execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Monitor regional performance, analyze trends and business data, and recommend actions to improve operational and partnership outcomes. Design, refine, and implement operating processes that enable regional teams and partners to collaborate efficiently and consistently. Coordinate with global and local teams across product, marketing, policy, support, and other functions to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables. Prepare concise performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Manage multiple regional priorities independently, identifying issues early and driving solutions in a fast-moving environment. Requirements 7+ years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, strategy, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience managing multi-market programs, regional initiatives, or strategic partner relationships. Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance data and use insights to guide business decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplace, or other multi-sided platform businesses is an asset. Familiarity with Canadian or Latin American markets is preferred. Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate broad regional strategies into practical initiatives.
