This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer - Embedded Products based in Canada. This role will shape the reliability strategy for critical embedded and software products used across modern transmission and distribution networks. You will lead reliability initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from early design and validation through deployment and long-term field performance. The position combines systems thinking, data-driven analysis, and hands-on reliability engineering across protection relays, control devices, digital substations, and utility software. You will work closely with engineering, software, product, field, and customer teams to identify risks and improve product resilience. Your expertise will help utilities increase uptime, reduce lifecycle costs, strengthen compliance, and operate critical infrastructure more safely.
