Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 6+ years experience in program management, business operations, finance, supply chain, or partner management. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, or operational business reviews. Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or service partners. Experience analyzing data and developing executive-level reports and dashboards. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations. Experience in repair operations, service delivery, reverse logistics, or supply chain management. Experience with purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and financial controls. Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills. Experience working with global partner networks and outsourced service providers. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through data and business insights.
