This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Research Analyst - Innovation BASES based in India. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will lead innovation research studies from initial setup through final presentation, turning consumer and market data into actionable business insights. You’ll manage study execution, fieldwork coordination, data quality, analysis, and client-ready storytelling. The role combines hands-on analytical work with direct client communication and consulting. You’ll help translate business questions into research approaches and compelling recommendations. You’ll also coach junior analysts and contribute to stronger processes, tools, and quality standards across the team.
