Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Enablement based in the United States. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Enablement will own the strategy and execution of GTM enablement, helping sales, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams learn, ramp, and perform more effectively. You will build the frameworks, programs, and systems that translate product changes, pricing updates, sales motions, and market shifts into actionable training and resources. The role combines enablement leadership with revenue operations, connecting processes to adoption and measurable GTM outcomes. You will design onboarding, certification, continuous learning, and coaching programs while using data to identify knowledge gaps and improve rep performance. AI will be an important force multiplier, supporting content creation, insight generation, workflow automation, and personalized learning. This is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic and hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS or complex B2B environment.
Own and lead the GTM Enablement function, establishing and executing a clear vision for onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning. Develop an AI-native enablement framework, including AI-supported pitch reviews, certifications, and other tools that strengthen seller readiness. Own training and certification programs for GTM teams, assessing readiness against role and level expectations and driving completion in partnership with GTM and Revenue Operations leadership. Design onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers with the goal of accelerating time to productivity, partnering with Customer Education on content development and program execution. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams on launches and campaigns, translating positioning, pricing, packaging, and product updates into effective training, certifications, and enablement content. Partner with managers and subject-matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences. Identify knowledge and performance gaps through GTM data, feedback, and other insights, then develop targeted learning programs to address them. Support frontline coaching by analyzing call libraries and surfacing insights that help managers improve seller development. Manage and maintain GTM learning infrastructure, including the content hub and LMS, ensuring resources remain organized, current, and accessible. Measure and communicate enablement impact through metrics such as ramp time, certification completion, content adoption, and relevant GTM performance indicators. Bridge the gap between Revenue Operations processes and GTM adoption by translating new processes into role-specific training, resources, and playbooks. Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that connect enablement activities to GTM performance and contribute to broader Revenue Operations reporting when needed. Help design, document, and improve revenue processes, including opportunity management, team handoffs, and supporting playbooks. Take ownership of selected Revenue Operations projects when additional capacity is required, while keeping enablement as the primary focus. Use AI tools to synthesize recordings, transcripts, presentations, and other source material, accelerating content creation and extracting actionable insights. Orchestrate multi-step workflows across multiple tools to reduce manual work and improve recurring processes. Own and further develop the Sales Enablement Harness and its supporting systems and workflows. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including at least 3 years focused on Sales Enablement. Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales environment. Demonstrated experience designing and operating enablement, onboarding, training, or certification programs for GTM organizations. Exceptional ability to transform large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable content. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and concision. Proficiency with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards, interpreting data, and understanding how CRM structures influence reporting. Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data and reporting tools such as Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. Curious, proactive, and learning-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of new subjects, products, and processes. Experience using AI tools such as Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools without coding and produce reusable, structured outputs. Familiarity with GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, or learning management systems is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field is preferred. Benefits U.S. base salary range of $116,000–$145,000 USD per year. Compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families. Life insurance. Mental wellness coverage. Fertility and growing-family support. Flexible Time Off (FTO) in addition to company-paid holidays. Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave. Retirement savings plans. Allowance to customize your home workspace and technology setup. Annual professional development stipend. Remote work opportunity within the United States.
