ABOUT THE ROLE You will be the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire in a fast growing revenue organization, partnering with leadership to design and operate systems that accelerate growth. You will own strategic projects, reporting, and the operational backbone across the revenue cycle to enable cross functional teams to perform more effectively. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Managing Director Revenue to build and scale revenue systems.
- Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
- Build and maintain the operational backbone from business development through AE pipeline, onboarding, and expansion.
- Own reporting and analytics to surface patterns and turn data into strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction.
- Design enablement, AI tooling, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.
- Work on-site in Munich (4+ days) and contribute to compensation and equity structures. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-2 years of relevant revenue operations, business development, or strategy experience, with career progression; or 5+ years for a senior level, with demonstrated progression.
- Startup or high growth experience building systems from zero.
- Experience designing and operating systems across the revenue cycle and strong reporting/analytics skills.
- Fluent in German and English and comfortable with Europe focused dynamics.
- Willing and able to work in Munich at least four days per week.
- Experience implementing AI tooling, automation, or enablement in revenue operations. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship: No Equity: Equity participation available Note: Salary range not disclosed LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany
