Collaborate across disciplines-including Product, Legal, S&P, Community Operations, and Policy-to advocate for scalable solutions and influence product roadmaps by translating operational insights into business impact. Analyze data to understand business trends, identify opportunities, and assess the impact of operational changes while translating customer empathy into effective product solutions. Build and maintain operational and critical analytical products that help monitor and diagnose complex metrics for diverse teams across global markets. Drive project delivery by independently managing and executing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment where you must track the details even when things get messy. Identify patterns and escalate issues that impact experience at scale, contributing to how support and operations improve over time. Basic Qualifications 5 + years of experience in operations, analytics, or program management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of delivering growth, driving complex initiatives across multi-stakeholder environments Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands-on experience in SQL and data interpretation. Experience with modern programming languages such as Python or R. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to work well in ambiguity and solve complex, multifaceted problems.
