Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) based in United States. This is a high-impact outbound sales role within a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment. You will focus on creating new opportunities by engaging engineering leaders at organizations investing heavily in AI coding and agentic inference. The position is highly focused on cold calling, with the tools, prospect lists, scripts, training, and systems provided to help you succeed. You will qualify prospects, identify relevant use cases, activate promising accounts, and convert conversations into qualified meetings. Success requires strong phone presence, situational awareness, consistency, and the ability to adapt messaging during live conversations. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to share market feedback and continuously improve outreach strategies. This is a fully remote, U.S.-only opportunity offering strong earning potential and early-stage equity.

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling, typically completing approximately 165–180 dials per day and spending 5–6 hours on calls. Engage engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and VPs of R&D at organizations with growing AI coding and agentic inference workloads. Complete and qualify prospect conversations by assessing timing, role, technology stack, business needs, and relevant use cases. Activate prospects who are ready to evaluate the solution and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team. Convert qualified conversations into scheduled introductory meetings. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to engage. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights from prospect conversations, test messaging, and improve outbound strategies. Accurately document activities, call outcomes, prospect information, and next steps using established processes and systems. Learn and apply product messaging effectively while adapting conversations based on prospect responses and needs. Consistently follow established calling, disposition, and note-taking processes while maintaining strong activity levels. Requirements: At least 3 years of cold-calling experience, ideally within B2B outbound sales. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound activity, with experience targeting approximately 150–200 dials and 30–40 conversations per day. Excellent verbal communication and confidence engaging prospects over the phone. Strong situational awareness and the ability to listen, respond, and adjust messaging during live cold calls. Ability to learn technical product messaging and translate complex concepts into clear, engaging sales conversations. Highly coachable, with a beginner’s mindset combined with strong professional sales skills. Organized and disciplined, with the ability to consistently follow defined sales processes and accurately document activity. Comfortable working toward activity and opportunity-generation targets in a performance-driven environment. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams while also operating independently in a remote setting. Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or at least two years of relevant professional experience. Must be based in the United States; visa or citizenship sponsorship is not available. Willingness to participate in a fast-paced interview process, including an introductory call and a live cold-calling session. Benefits: $120,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE). $70,000 base salary. $50,000 commission opportunity. Early-stage equity options. Compensation tied to completed prospect conversations and qualified opportunities. Paid time off. Health, dental, and vision benefits. Fully remote work arrangement with equipment provided. Training, prospect lists, sales technology, scripts, and systems provided. Opportunity to join an early-stage AI infrastructure company with paying customers and significant growth potential.
