Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts in our Ironmongery division. The candidate must have a background in project sales and a foundational understanding of tendering processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth potential and an incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving project sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the target industries.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, client communications, and project follow-ups.
- Report progress and sales activities to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree (mandatory).
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- 2 to 4 years of UAE market experience.
- Candidates from the building materials sector will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of project-based sales and participation in tenders.
Language & Nationality Preferences:
- Indian or Arabic nationals preferred.
- Strong command of English is mandatory.
- Malayalam or Arabic speakers with strong English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements:
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Vehicle allowance for candidates using their own vehicle.
- Must have a stable work history.
