Full job description

Who You Are

You’re a strategic security leader who connects business risk, regulatory needs and technology into cohesive multi-domain security solutions. You’re comfortable leading executive-level discoveries and influencing decisions by translating complex security concepts into clear actionable guidance. You naturally think across domains and spot opportunities to integrate identity, cloud, endpoint and data security into unified architectures. You work independently, partner closely with sales and technical teams and enjoy mentoring others to elevate consultative security practices across the organization.

About The Role

The Senior Security CSA plays a critical role in shaping and delivering multi-domain security strategies for complex client environments. This role goes beyond technical architecture to influence deal strategy, guide security investment decisions and ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, risk tolerance and long-term business goals.

You will lead security discovery efforts, design integrated architectures across multiple security domains, and collaborate closely with Account Executives and practice leaders to qualify opportunities and position comprehensive security solutions. As a senior member of the organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, an escalation point for complex designs and a mentor to CSAs and engineers.

This role is ideal for a security professional who enjoys owning strategy, driving cross-domain conversations and helping both clients and internal teams operate at a higher level of security maturity.

Must be based in the United States and reside in Texas. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Conduct executive-level security discovery with an emphasis on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and enhancement of operational maturity

  • Manage security solution strategies utilizing the entire Security stack

  • Proactively recognize opportunities for cross-domain expansion (e.g., Identity, Perimeter, End Point, Data, Application, Email, Cloud, AI -Security, Zero Trust, Observability etc.)

  • Design integrated security architectures covering endpoint, network, cloud, and identity domains

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop opportunity strategies, assess qualifications, and refine positioning

  • Review and validate security designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) alongside practice leaders

  • Serve as the escalation point for intricate or high-risk security designs

  • Mentor CSAs and engineers in consultative approaches to security discovery and architecture

  • Contribute to the development of reference architectures, playbooks, and go-to-market security solutions

  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section

  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

  • Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in security architecture or consulting

  • Proven track record in selling and delivering multi-domain security solutions

  • Comprehensive understanding of Zero Trust principles and NIST security frameworks

  • Capable of leading complex client discussions and influencing strategic decisions

  • Extensive technical expertise across at least three security domains

  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills
