In this role, you will fully manage the strategic and operational aspects of client projects. A Senior SEO Specialist is a team member who independently takes full responsibility for client results and the quality of work delivered. • Comprehensive SEO research (keyword analysis, competitor analysis, technical audits) • Developing and executing strategic action plans • Continuously monitoring results (traffic, rankings, technical metrics)
Key Responsibilities
Project Management • ✓ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization • ✓ Independently resolve medium-complexity technical SEO tasks • ✓ Prepare content plans according to search engine requirements/strategy, as well as clear, structured tasks for copywriters • ✓ Manage the workflow according to the established schedule • ✓ Consistently and systematically document each project stage in reports

Strategy and Execution
• ✓ Comprehensive SEO research (keywords, competitor analysis, technical audits) • ✓ Developing and implementing a strategic action plan • ✓ Continuously monitoring results (traffic, rankings, technical metrics)
Project Management
• ✓ Assigning clear tasks to content creators and junior specialists • ✓ Ensuring deadlines are met and verifying the quality of completed work • ✓ Maintaining project documentation and structuring workflows
Technical SEO
• ✓ Website technical optimization • ✓ Verifying completed work against agency standards
Communication and Reporting
• ✓ Maintaining constant communication with clients and sharing progress updates • ✓ Leading client reporting meetings • ✓ Timely identification of project growth opportunities and risks
What We Expect From You
• ✓ 3+ years of experience in SEO (experience with international projects is an advantage) • ✓ Professional-level proficiency with key tools (Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio) • ✓ Experience in independently managing Link Building strategies • ✓ Full professional proficiency in Georgian and English
Bonus Points
• + Experience in E-commerce SEO • + Data analysis skills (Python / SQL) • + Team management or mentoring experience
Middle SEO Specialist
In this role, you will manage SEO projects according to a predefined strategy, gradually taking full ownership. You will independently perform On-page optimization, handle medium-complexity technical tasks, and coordinate the content creation process.

• ✓ Regularly provide clients with updates on the work performed • ✓ Clearly explain the necessity of each step and its impact on project success
What We Expect From You
• ✓ At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO • ✓ Full proficiency with key tools (Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog) • ✓ Thorough knowledge of technical and On-page SEO principles • ✓ Ability to communicate fluently in both Georgian and English
