The Senior Service Solutions Analyst plays a key role in shaping service solutions that deliver measurable customer outcomes and support business growth. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Professional Services teams to turn customer needs into practical, well-defined service engagements. The role combines business analysis, solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal development, and customer-facing consulting within complex enterprise software environments. You will help develop high-quality Statements of Work, clarify delivery expectations, assess risks, and ensure that proposed solutions are commercially sound and operationally achievable. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will influence complex opportunities while building strong alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities. You will also contribute to improving scoping methodologies, estimating standards, service offerings, and reusable best practices to increase consistency and scalability.
