Elicit and refine business requirements, translate needs into ServiceNow implementation work, coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams, support Agile planning and prioritization, improve processes and guide implementation decisions for complex technology programs.
Requirements & qualifications
At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience and 4+ years in business analysis, emerging technologies or related work; experience with complex software programs, Agile and Scrum; technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; B2+ English.
