Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist based in United States. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations within complex client environments supporting federal missions. You will translate business and mission requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions while providing deep technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle. Working with Agile and DevSecOps teams in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The position offers the opportunity to configure and customize ServiceNow modules, build workflows and business rules, and create intuitive workspaces, portals, dashboards, and reports. You will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful operational value. The role provides exposure to multiple customers and ServiceNow applications, including Customer Service Management and other enterprise service domains.
