Solve the Problems That Matter Most The Senior Software Architect is a senior technical leader who guides the direction of software development, oversees the design and implementation of complex systems, and mentors other engineers. This role translates business needs into technical solutions, ensures high-quality software, and drives innovation within the engineering team, including advancing the team's use of agentic AI tools to enhance development efficiency. The Senior Software Architect leads the technical vision for at least one product line and provides ongoing direction and feedback across teams to advance that vision, while remaining a direct, ongoing contributor to code.
