This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI Automation based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on using AI to transform intelligence collection and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with semi-technical analysts to understand their challenges and identify opportunities with meaningful business and mission impact. You’ll design and build AI-powered applications, backend services, APIs, data systems, infrastructure, and user-facing tools from end to end. The role offers significant ownership, combining deep technical execution with product thinking and prioritization. You’ll experiment with modern AI models and agentic approaches to create reliable, scalable solutions that analysts use every day. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ambiguity, autonomy, experimentation, and continuous iteration are expected.
