This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI Automation based in Brazil. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity focused on using AI to transform intelligence collection and analysis workflows. You will work closely with analysts to understand complex challenges and turn them into scalable, high-impact products. The role combines full-stack software engineering, backend systems, data, and modern generative AI technologies. You will design and build agentic solutions using leading AI models while owning projects from architecture through ongoing iteration. Strong product judgment is essential, with an emphasis on creating durable solutions that deliver measurable value rather than isolated automations. You will operate in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve and technical decisions have meaningful impact. Over time, the role offers opportunities to take on broader architectural responsibility and grow into a technical leadership position.
