This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Platform) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve the platform foundation behind intelligent transportation and logistics technology. You will design and scale backend systems, infrastructure, and developer tooling that enable engineering teams to deliver products quickly and reliably. Your work will have broad impact across engineering teams and customer deployments, making this a high-leverage technical position. You will work across platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, developer experience, security, observability, and automation. Using technologies such as Python, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures, you will solve complex technical challenges at scale. You will also influence architectural standards, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers across teams. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-growing environment where reliability, security, and velocity are equally important.
