Who We’re Looking For We’re excited to add a Senior Software Engineer to our Cloud, Data & AI team to support a project with one of our customers. We’re looking for a well-rounded full-stack engineer with deep expertise in Blazor WebAssembly and modern front-end development who can also contribute across the broader .NET and Azure application stack.
You’ll bring strong technical expertise in custom application development, modern UI design, .NET technologies, and Azure cloud solutions. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders, UX architects, engineers, and quality assurance team members to turn business needs and design concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Work closely with internal and customer teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend modern custom solutions
Design and develop responsive, accessible front-end components using Blazor WebAssembly, C#, HTML, and CSS
Translate user personas, workflows, and design concepts into intuitive, production-ready experiences
Collaborate with UX architects to evolve low- and high-fidelity wireframes into functional application screens
Build secure application flows and role-based experiences aligned with the customer’s identity, access, and routing requirements
Optimize application performance, usability, and consistency across multiple user types and business contexts
Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance team members to support full-stack alignment and high-quality delivery
Document technical and design decisions and contribute to evolving style guides, reusable components, and design systems
Submit daily project hours through Kantata for time tracking
More than five years of experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle
Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying production applications using Blazor WebAssembly (WASM)
Strong full-stack development experience using C# and .NET
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and reusable component development
Experience developing and integrating APIs, back-end services, and data-driven applications
Professional experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, microservices, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
Understanding of software development practices including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work directly with customers and translate business and user needs into thoughtful technical solutions
A growth mindset and demonstrated commitment to continually learning new technologies and approaches
Experience building applications or reusable components with Microsoft Fluent UI
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience working within a professional services or consulting organization
Expertise with Azure DevOps and continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Contributions to open-source projects or community-driven development
