About The Role
You contribute directly as a software engineer to our product codebase, designing and building industrial-grade desktop applications that power our customers' automation systems. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software.
Your Responsibilities
- Write and evolve our industrial automation platform
- Improve the stability, performance, and robustness of the platform as it scales to new customers and use cases
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, including those reported from the field, and turn them into lasting fixes
- Partner with product and forward-deployed engineers to translate real customer needs into well-engineered solutions
- Review code, mentor team members, and help raise the engineering bar across the team
Essential Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong C# skills
- Strong experience with WPF or Avalonia, and the MVVM pattern
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
- Experience with code testing (unit, integration, and beyond)
- Experience building industrial-grade desktop applications
- Excellent English communication skills
Beneficial Skills
- Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, computer graphics (OpenGL, Vulkan),or simulation software
- C++ experience
